When you apply for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001, our assessor will visit your business for between one and two days and examine those activities that directly impact on quality. We will look at your current systems and procedures and compare them alongside those of the current ISO standards with a view to accepting them or adapting them where possible. You will be advised which areas need attention because of non-compliance and a programme can be developed to rectify these areas.
When areas of non-compliance are identified all materials required i.e. documentation, Health & Safety requirements are provided inclusive by CIS.
On successful completion of assessment you will be issued with your ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 certificate together with your Quality/Procedure Manual and/or Environmental Manual and will be able to use your achievement to demonstrate your competitive edge to customers and potential new clients, as well as reaping the benefits that marketing and publicising your achievement will bring.
